Individuals
For international employees who encounter significant challenges in their job, the Global 360 Assessment provides a comprehensive way to evaluate current specific performance behaviors that are unsatisfactory, identify reasons or contributing factors to this situation; set specific behavioral goals, and determine a development plan to reach the desired personal and organizational performance objectives.
Charis is a licensed provider of The International Profiler™ (TIP), a web-based individual assessment by WorldWork, Ltd. TIP is based on the results of extensive research and the experience of practical international business people. This psychometric instrument assesses 10 competencies (with 22 associated skills, attitudes and areas of knowledge) that define the capabilities required to transfer leadership, managerial and professional skills to an international context.
Teams
For teams, trust impacts team performance, is harder to establish across cultures and distance, means different things in different languages (even when English is used as the common language), and is rarely addressed as an explicit issue in international teamwork. The Team Trust Indicator™ is a carefully researched instrument that provides team leaders with a clear report of the types of 'trust gaps' within the team, and how to address them to gain team trust alignment.
Organizations
Charis is known for its user-friendly Organizational Survey reports that executives can easily translate into strategy to produce change. We partner with clients to assess strengths and areas for improvement in their organization; provide current and company-wide employee input to the strategic direction of a company; and gauge progress when measured by yearly or biannual surveys. Quantitative and qualitative data is represented in clear, easy-to-read tables and graphs, and can be sorted and presented by selected demographic categories.
The Organizational Survey process is customized, allowing clients to work directly with Ruben Rodriguez, to designate and update survey items, request correlations, and drill down to understand specific areas of the company. During the survey feedback process, Charis president, Marian Stetson-Rodriguez, meets with the executive team to present the findings and discuss strategic applications for the client to meet their organizational goals.
