Eve Sandoval M.A. Intercultural Program Manager

Eve Sandoval, M.A., Organizational Change, creates breakthrough diversity programs for organizations that want to eliminate barriers to maximum contribution from all employees. In her 25 years of experience as Intercultural Program Manager at Charis Intercultural Training; Corporate Diversity Manager at Sun Microsystems, Navigation Technologies, and Lifescan (J&J); and Human Resources Manager for McGraw Hill and Mile-Hi Cablevision, Eve has led company-wide initiatives in cultural diversity and global business training, metrics for diversity and productivity, workplace violence prevention programs, community training programs for the physically challenged, and recruited and integrated women and minorities into the unionized trucking and bus driving industry.

Eve brings a wealth of first-hand experience and leverages Charis’ network of worldwide business consultants to each project. As a change agent and leader, her contributions have been recognized by the Colorado Governor's Advisory Council and S.F. Bay Area Excellence in Diversity Award.
