Marilyn Stanton, M.S.O.D., Founder and Principal of Illuminated Consulting, LLC., is a consultant to organizations pursuing strategic change, business alignment, and operational effectiveness. Marilyn worked in the Middle East and Africa for 10 years, with banks, the Arab women’s financial community and private institutes. Marilyn specializes in customized consulting in strategic change implementation, culture change, global leadership development, and workgroup facilitation. Marilyn has a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and has served as faculty for the University of San Francisco in the graduate Human Resource Organizational Development program. Her undergraduate studies were at the University of Calgary in Educational Psychology.
