Olga Ivanova M.S. Russia Consultant

Olga Ivanova-Nuss, M.S., has worked for over 15 years with Russian and U.S. businesses in government, high tech, aerospace, manufacturing, and other industries.

In her native Russia, she designed and delivered training in “post-Perestroika” environment to develop the skills managers and executive assistants needed to work with international corporations entering the Russian market. She consulted to managers and customer service representatives to improve individual and team performance within private and government organizations in the “new” Russia, while collecting and analyzing incidents of cross-cultural breakdowns, and identifying solutions.

She founded the TRIAD Educational Center in Moscow which successfully grew to over 600 students in three years. In the U.S., she is a dynamic workshop leader on developing a global mindset, and especially in creating synergy between U.S. and Russian coworkers. Olga has lived in Dallas, Texas since the mid 1990’s, and she visits Russia frequently to stay abreast of all news and trends. She holds a Bachelors degree in Management of Government Institutions, and M.S. in Instructional and Performance Technology, and is fluent in Russian and English.
