Chutzpah

Israelis are risk takers in ways that differ from other cultures. They enjoy being daring leaders and pride themselves on entrepreneurial resourcefulness toward problem solving. This ingenuity often means that they find themselves following procedures which can hold back their productivity. However they will always have the 'chutzpah' to push through an idea and assert their knowledge and skills.

Protexia
Israelis are motivated to perform for persons they consider to be their friends.
'Protexia' means there is trust built in the relationship, so Israelis are willing to commit fully to a a shared idea or project.
